We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- The theme doesn’t work as promised.
- The theme has bugs that we can’t fix in a reasonable time frame (1-3 days).
- The theme has an important feature missing, which is mentioned on our sales pages as plugin/theme functionality.
- Technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
No refunds will be given if your request is over 7 days after purchase.
No Refund for Care Plan and Community Bundle.
